I used to love Louise Renningson books
I used to love Louise Renningson books, but then I read Bridget Jones' Diary and realised it was exactly the same story just dumbed down. It's also quite annoying when you get to the fourth book, it's just like those "shopaholic" books, funny until the author obviously runs out of ideas and ends up writing a follow up about how she "just happens" to have a long lost twin sister who, "shock horror" doesn't like shopping. *sigh* Give me a George Orwell novel anyday.

Hilariously funny and a great read
Louise Rennison is possibly the best author for teen girls...ever! Her books follow the life of Georgia Nicolson and her friends, particuarly the dopey Jas. They are hilariously funny and a great read. Beware, your sides may be well and truly split!
