Bruges is the capital city of Belgium. The historic city centre is a prominent World Heritage Site of UNESCO.

Simply marvelous
While studying abroad, I toured many places but no place was anything like Bruges in Belgium. It is not the usual city tour like Barcelona or Paris, but it quite wonderful little quaint place. There are water canals that run through Bruges and the architecture is simply marvelous. If anyone is looking for a break from the loud and cramped world, they should visit Bruges.
