My family and friends use Insider Pages. My sister-in-law found a babysitter so that the adults could go out to the movies. She found the site pretty helpful.

I used it to find someone to do my hair.
This site is full of customer reviews of local businesses. I found it when I was using Google to find someone to do my hair. I clicked on a link for The Cut in Santa Monica and tried it based on the reviews I saw on Insider Pages. I am going to try to find a nail salon next.
