Do they add value?
Why do I not read any negative comments? VISA provide a service - but do they add value to it? My experience in paying for something should be invisible - it should not register - I want the product - not the mechanism of acquisition. VISA need to look further - to differentiate - to create an experience - or to appeal to another lovemark attribute.
