My mom knew almost everybody...

I dont know how many people recognize a bank as being a Lovemark, specially here in Brazil. This happened to me because my mom worked for many, many years in this bank and, of course, I have been a client since I was a kid. It grew with me, as well as my savings. My mom knew almost everybody in every department, which makes things easier in such a complicated business area. Some people dont like this bank and every time I hear a complaint, I tell people I've never had a problem with them, and that I trust in their capabilities and reliability. My account manager is fantastic and a great help to me in my life. I dont have to wait in line and they have ATM'everywhere! Thats why I love Caixa Economica Federal.
