  • A classic in the North East

An environmental favorite since Tom failed to make a decent laundry detergent. A classic in the North East which, since it’s aquisition by Colgate-Palmalive, and recent success of end caps put into in Wal-Mart, will be taken in by the country as a whole.

  • Others feel false somehow, or like a bad road trip

I need, use and love Tom's toothpaste everyday.. I am brushing my teeth right now as a matter of fact. Why do I chose Tom's to nominate over all the other products I consistently and inconsistently use ? I think because as a mother it is a physical manifestation of my love and care for my three children (and anyone that is staying in my home ). Everyday we start the day brushing teeth and end the day brushing teeth ,other toothpaste just doesn't quite feel or taste right , much like we are not really "in our family " when we are using it. Others feel false somehow ,or like a bad road trip. So the flavor, mell and color of Tom's have somehow become part of my sense of caring for those I love, and gives me a feeling of family and home. That is what you mean by Lovemark, is it not ?
