Everything you need for my eyes, ears and mouth. This isn't just a market, it's a Melbourne institution with a great buzz. A wonderful place to spend an hour browsing, looking for fantastic ingredients, or some sort of interesting new gourmet food product. Oh yeah, and the Dim Sum are legendary.
