The true essence of travel
Intrepid Travel is an Australian traveling agency which organizes trips to the far corners of the world. I love this brand because they are dedicated to show travelers the true essence of countries without altering or disturbing local traditions. We get to live the countries culture to the fullest while living everyday life like true locals. They are different than any other brand that I have experienced before because traveling with them has made me curious and addicted to traveling to the most remote areas of the world.

I love the philosophy of Intrepid Travel
I have traveled now with Intrepid three times internationally and as a community minded traveler I love the philosophy of Intrepid Travel. They are committed to supporting communities that encourage and help guide travelers through. The entire tourist dollar that is generated by travelers such as myself is spent in these communities. Intrepid only use locally owned transport, accommodation and eating houses where possible. They are low impact both environmentally and socially with no more than 12 people traveling together at once, and their guides reside in the countries they are guiding you through. I love to challenge myself with other cultural experiences, and the Intrepid travel experience works to compliment this desire, rather than bus me from tourist 'attraction' to tourist 'attraction'. I am now planning my next o/s travel with Intrepid back into the Himalayas.
