Semester at Sea

Nothing in my life will compare to this

To say this program changed my life is an understatement. The semester I spent at sea, circling the globe was the greatest gift. I saw people and places I never imagined. From the Kenyan Masai Mara and South Africa coast, to the big city lights of Hong Kong. I experienced the wonder of this place called earth. "One World" became a reality to me that I now know and understand. Since then, I've continued to follow my passion of traveling and experiencing all the wonders this world has to offer. Living on a small shipboard community, all those on this journey became re-connected with what it means to be a community. We were reminded of how we needed each other when others were sick, when celebrating an achievement or when we mourned the loss of a friend. Nothing in my life will compare to this awesome experience.
