  • YouTube is where I go

How to do make-up? How to cook this? Oh I missed her performance! How to make this? How to make that? YouTube is where I go. I can spend a whole day, even my whole weekend, just watching YouTube videos. It's in my bookmarks and is my most favorite website. I can wear make-up right now because of YouTube. Thanks baby, I don't know what I would do if I didn't have you. Muach!!

  • Makes my day!

YouTube is cool! I really love music and YouTube has helped me out when it comes to learning music. I like to learn to play guitar and beatbox, learn about the blues, jazz, rock, and many other kinds of music genres. Also from YouTube I really have had a good, refreshing times as a result of a lot of funny videos from some really funny people out there. Like videos from NigaHiga, TheDominicShow, Chestersee, KevJumba, WongFuProduction, etc. Thanks YouTube, you really help me with learning things I really love and you also make my day!

  • I LOVE YouTube!

As a "senior teenager" (over 60), I LOVE YouTube! I am able to find all the hit videos of my youth and I get stuck on the site for hours. It's difficult trying to find original hit videos amongst all the amateurs though, and I love being able to find every single minute (or so it seems) of the life of Shah Rukh Khan (world biggest megastar), his movies and song clips, concerts, interviews, etc.

  • Search, "snack", rate and post

As hard as I try, I cannot remember exactly when I first heard about YouTube; though I know it was a few years ago. I do, however, remember thinking that this new website, which has as many free videos of every different genre a heart could imagine, was just about the coolest thing since AOL and Instant Messenger first came out. The thing that made YouTube the giant it is today is its user interactiveness. People can search, "snack", rate and post to their heart's content. A new giant leap for YouTube is their ability to be at the merciless fingers of any iPhone user. With YouTube and Apple joining forces, they are shouting to the world that they are going to be around for a long time. However, they will always reinvent themselves and remain innovative. What lurks around the corner is tomorrow's next high-tech gift.

  • A social group experience

YouTube.com is an online video-community which enables the users to share short videos around the globe. Why is it a lovemark?? For me, Youtube is a brilliant service because it’s so easy to publish home made videos and to share it with others. It takes less than 2 steps to upload a video and show to others. People can post comments and rate videos so watching videos actually becomes a social group experience. YouTube.com gives everyone the possibility to broadcast his self, so everyone has the opportunity to share portions of his life with others or even to become a star in the cyber sphere.

  • A way youth can make use of globalisation

Totally agree. YouTube is the new way the youth of today can make use of globalisation, and create a global community by sharing aspects of their everyday life, or things just strangely out of the ordinary. YouTube could easily become the next sort of Flcker service.

  • The global democratization of digitalization

YouTube gives power to the people. Whenever we love something in video, we can share it with everyone. Raves and rants are sure to follow. This is the global democratization of digitalization.
