Their customer service is amazing
I love this brand! There products are just good products, but their customer service is amazing! People are friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. They are A+.

I only order from Land's End
We began ordering from Lands' End years ago and found the clothing to be well-made, fit in size, and priced well, but the service is what makes it our Lovemark. We have returned items that did not wear well and they sent new items at no coat ('Guaranteed. Period' is their slogan). Last year I wanted a black cotton crew neck sweater but could only find it in their corporate catalog. A quick phone call later a single black sweater was shipped. That is just the latest in a long series of personal customer service experiences we have had. I know there may be more expensive men's shirts, but I only order from Lands' End because of the way they treat us as customers.
