  • A role model for all

Richard Branson is quite the innovator. When I’m on a Virgin Atlantic plane, I can look forward to friendly service and an enjoyable flight. They provide complimentary hospitality packets for long flights to make passengers feel comfortable all the way to their destination. I love the bright cheerful colors and the best part is Virgin cares about the environment with their option to offset carbon emissions! Comfort, relaxation, and environmentally aware, Virgin is a role model for all airplane competitors.

  • Forget everything you know about flying

When Virgin Atlantic asks you to forget everything you know about flying, they have a point to prove. Flying their Upper Class Suite is the most sensuous experience; an experience I look forward to after the sterile and stressful environments of most airports. When I buy a seat on Virgin Atlantic, I buy a luxurious place in the sky as well as on the ground.

  • I go 2000 miles out of my way to fly VA

Romancing The Flyer VA’s Upper Class service is second to none. Being a Brit, and marrying a girl from America, I spent several years frequently crossing the Atlantic. The journey was a bore until I chose Virgin. They have put the romance from the golden age of flying back into the experience. It takes the stress out of flying completely. It is a wonderful feeling boarding at JFK, popping to the bar for a pre-take off champagne and hearing the English accents of the stewardesses; it makes me feel like I’m home already. I could easily go home on BA from Chicago, but I go 2000 miles out of my way to fly VA, via New York just for this experience. Isn’t that loyalty beyond reason!

  • How crazy is this?

I've never had a chance to fly Virgin Atlantic yet somehow I feel all other airlines should act like them. How crazy is this? Every time I'm in a VA terminal I find an excuse to walk into their clubhouses because they're so mysterious. Let's just say I have quite a collection of the same brochure!

  • I wasn't afraid anymore...

I was never afraid of flying, but since the birth of my children something stirred inside of me. A strange feeling came over me - a fear. I think the fear of something happening in the flight, the plane ? I don't know if it's a parents condition to be afraid, but I started to be afraid when our clients told me we had a trip. It's also strange, because I love to travel, to know places, cultures, the different foods. It was a mixture of feelings. I was afraid when I came onboard Virgin Atlantic's 747-400. But when I looked into the blue eyes of that stewardess, and experienced the calm and tranquillity they all convey - I wasn't afraid anymore. I remember the peace of those eyes every time I go on an airplane. Now I even fall asleep.

  • Created by someone who revels in the five senses

This is the airline that was created by someone who revels in the five senses. Chairs that move at a touch and turn into beds, massage rooms for in-flight rub-downs, sweet smelling soap in the bathrooms, music in your ears and food on call whenever you want it. Branson is a Lovemark who makes Lovemarks with everything he touches.
