Arkas is easily the best, most inspired and inventive comic writer of our time. If nothing else the fact that most of his comic strips can be translated to other languages with minimal loss of humor level proves his genius!

Always in his own indirect and funny way
The comics of Arkas are the best ones in Greece. Arkas, whose identity is not known to the readers, criticizes our society but always in his own indirect and funny way. I adore his humour, his way of thinking and writing and the comics-features he uses. I wish his comics could be translated into more languages!
