Thumbs up!
Craigieburn is quite a remarkable place to live. It has most of the amenities and above all a tight knit community feel. I have lived here 25 years and hope to live here 25 more. Thumbs up!

A rare delight
One of Melbourne's best kept secrets, Craigieburn is nestled in the gently rolling hills to the north of Melbourne. It's got great views, great access to the city and truly great people, very multicultural and very open and friendly. With its relaxed rural feel it is a true city suburb with a country feel. In the morning we Craigieburnians wake to the soothing sounds of kingfishers and the tree frog. I can go for a walk along one of the meandering creeks with its 700 year old gum trees and scampering possums. It's a rare delight. The best thing is that the rapid growth is not at the expense of the beautiful natural setting; instead the developers are very wisely preserving all that is great and natural here.
