  • A gentle reminder of something special

Our modern world can often be unnecessarily over complicated. A similar statement could be made about many of the symbols, characters or emblems which are used to represent a system or product, or just as a gentle reminder of something special. The golden symbol that catches ones eye immediately when entering the premises at Big Pumpkin is warming - but cool and its rounded curves are ever so sexy!

  • Can all be found

I have been to Big Pumpkin a number of times, and would visit, enjoy browsing and purchasing more often if I lived closer. Regarding love and respect for Big Pumpkin, I do indeed have both love for the place, its people, its contents, and I also greatly respect all that they are doing, promoting, selling, and the environmental reasons for this. The comfortable, delightfully attractive hemp clothing, combined with the sensuously perfumed natural soaps with delicious choc coated pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil, can all be found in the gorgeous old heritage building in the main street of historic Morpeth. I love visiting Big Pumpkin and the delightful aromas that greet you at the door, with the wonderful variety of different, attractive, and great to wear clothing. I greatly respect and encourage the use and development of the hemp and pumpkin products that add a new dimension of respect towards both people and the environment. Go the Big Pumpkin!

  • A hopeful alternative

Big Pumpkin is a refreshing new addition to Morpeth's fair with great environmentally friendly products. I especially enjoy the pumpin seed oil, seeds and the aromatic natural soaps. The hemp products are beautifully made and are a welcome alternative to mainstream. I love going into this special space that not only respects the heritage of the building but gives us a hopeful alternative in hemp products.

  • A welcome beacon

Big Pumpkin is the heart of Morpeth, it makes me happy and feel healthy. It's fresh and clean. It glows orange into the night air as a welcome beacon to this town in Australia and reminds me of pumpkin baking in the (electric) oven. It is the hybrid of hemp and pumpkins inspired by our agricultural histories of the Maitland area. Again with feeling!
