Amazing
Amazing chocolatier from Chicago. If you have never had their ancho and chipotle chillies with Ceylon cinnamon dark chocolate ice cream, or wattleseed custard ice cream, you have never lived. Amazing. You need to place Vosges on you list of things to do before you meet your maker. Amazing.

Ideas and ingredients
Another great specialty chocolate! I first learned of it when I took my grandmother to a truffle making workshop in Chicago. Never before had we tasted such different flavor combinations, and I stretched out eating my take-home box as long as possible. I next stumbled upon one of their boutique shops in Soho, perfect timing to stop in and get a cup of elixir and the latest truffles designed by, of all people, Vincent Gallo. Their ideas and ingredients continue to be some of the most innovative and luxurious I've seen.
