Tootsie Pops are candy lollipops sometimes filled with chewy-chocolate flavored Tootsie Rolls. They were invented in 1931.

Almost everywhere
In Mexico City, you can find Tutsi Pop almost everywhere, in night-clubs, the supermarket, and even in the street! It is not only for kids, I am now 24 and have been eating them since forever. I will not stop until I discover how many licks one needs to get to the centre. It is a nightmare going to the dentist when one is addicted to them, but that never stopped me from loving them.
