Crystal clear focus
The March of Dimes' tireless efforts to prevent premature birth through education and research came into crystal -clear focus the moment my twin daughters were born 10 weeks early and weighing 2 pounds, 15 ounces and 3 pounds, 9 ounce. If it wasn't for the March of Dimes, the innovative medical treatment necessary for my daughters to survive - and now thrive - would never have existed.
