Cares for the consumer
The thing that I love about Orange is that it has excellent service and amazing network coverage. Being a cell phone service provider, it promises to give coverage to the extreme corners of a place. It fulfills this promise and gives me the feeling that it cares for the customer. Its ads are also very nice and entertaining and tell the consumer how to use certain things like MMS and roaming with cartoon characters.
