Yosemite National Park
Yosemite National Park is located in the Sierra Nevada of California. It is one of the first wilderness parks in the United States, covering nearly 1,200 square miles.

I felt like I could stay there forever
Yosemite is the most amazing, beautiful, breathtaking, awesome place that I have ever been to in my life. I've only been once, but I felt like I could stay there forever, just looking at it all, without even moving. Seeing the view from Glacier Point at sunset, sitting next to a waterfall that was so close I could touch it, finding a place that looked like it had never been touched - moments I will never forget.

To go back again and again as often as possible
I have been to Yosemite twice now, and am likely to give up trips to new places to be able to go back again and again as often as possible. It feels like I am coming home when I am there, and I have twinges of "homesickness" when I'm not there. I was born in Indiana, live in Ohio, have family all over the south, and am very fond of the appalachians, but Yosemite has my heart.
