Would not EVER use anything but
A true Lovemark, Meredith. I am a baking fool and would not EVER use anything but King Arthur Flour. The happy hours I have spent with their amazing products, be it my annual Christmas cookie bake-a-thon or just everyday break making. Lord I love that brand. And if you've never been to their HQ in Vermont, do go. Awesome.

Right about now...
If you bake breads, this is THE flour to use. It tastes great and gives FLAVOR to your bread. I like to grind my whole wheat from the wheat berries, but if I cannot, then this comes wonderfully close to tasting fresh-milled. It's super for baking any breads, yeast or quick and all my Challahs are baked with whole wheat or unbleached white and they have high-gluten bread flour that adds so much rise to the bread. Think I'll go do a little baking right about now.....:)
