It wasn't summer without a Mister Softee
You could hear the music a block away. Dropping whatever you were doing, you'd rush around the house trying to find a parent or piggie bank to get ice cream money. Then you'd run down the straight, barefoot if you had to, plop your money down on the counter with the biggest grin on your face imaginable. Bomb pops, chocolate shakes, soft serve cones, etc... It wasn't summer without a Mister Softee truck going down the street. Deedle-dee-dee, da-dee, da-dee. Deedle-dee-dee, da-dee-dee.
