I have a love/hate with Saturn
I have a love/hate with Saturn - I love the brand and Saturn’s image, but not enough to drive one! The commercials are great and I like that they have one purchase price and are easy to buy. Plastic side panels that can be replaced, good on gas and inexpensive. I had one for 10 years (in college and after) and it never let me down. Unfortunately the love of the brand just isnt enough to keep me driving one - but they are cool none the less.

I felt completely taken care of and valued
I have had such an exceptional ownership experience with Saturn that I will never own anything else. I scraped together the cash to have a major repair done on my engine at our local dealership. During the repair, a tech left a small piece of shop rag in the oil pan. As a result my engine ended up needing replaced. I would never had known had they not told me. Saturn owned up to it, always made sure that I had a rental car and kept me well apprised of the progress. Although the ordeal was lengthy, I felt completely taken care of and valued. This potentially horrible experience earned them a customer and a proponent for life.

Doing well in the referral area
I have told SO many people about my great experiences at Saturn that my mother-in-law has one, my parents each have one, my grandmother has one and 2 of my best friends have one. Needless to say I have been doing well in the referral area. Saturn has taken such good care of me and my family that I will never change to another brand again. If the Saturn brand ever changes, that will be a VERY dark day in my household! Hear's to you, Saturn.

A hybrid Vue in the future?
Two weeks ago I purchased a 2004 Saturn VUE! Not only was my experience at the dealership WONDERFUL and painless....I ADORE my new Vue!! I love their commitment to their "guests", their quality product, and the efforts they put behind making a safe vehicle. I can not say enough about my LOVE and adoration for my Vue, the dealership, and the company of Saturn!! Do you think you all at Saturn could make a Hybrid Vue in the future? That would be my ultimate pie-in-the-sky vehicle!!!

Never let me down
I adore my Saturn, and will never buy another type of vehicle. The people care, the car is awesome, and the trust and respect that their staff (sales, repair, etc) cannot be found at ANY other car dealer. Everywhere else I have been, the salespeople will lie, the vehicles vary wildly in quality, and you usually walk away feeling (at best) like you barely escaped a bad situation. When you buy a Saturn, you know that you're not getting screwed and that they care...really care, about the customer. I love my car (I named her Callisto, for one of the Moons around Saturn) it has never let me down, and it is a good solid quality car for very little money. Awesome folks, terrific car, great value, and a place in my heart.

No so impressed with the headroom
When I was shopping for my next car (8 years ago), the Saturn dealership was one of the first places I checked out. I'd heard of the Saturn quality commitments, and attention to customer needs, and thought it would be an ideal new car. I was impressed with the quality, and the ergonomic design. But not so much with the headroom (or lack of). I looked around the showroom, and noticed that none of the sales folks, and few of the customers, were over 5'10" tall. I'm 6'3". I bought a Nissan Maxima. Are the folks who design Saturns going to the same schools as the jerks who design airplane seating?

Surprise and delight
Saturn is all about putting people first. They are simply the best at surprising and delighting their owners. It shows in their priority for safety, ergonomic design and pricing philosophy. Their service is also second to none. I have owned two Saturns and love their clean, new designs. They have earned my respect, and I will look forward to owning many Saturns in the future.

Doing it smart
Since the conception of the company, Saturn has been about doing it smarter, safer and with respect to the consumer and the environment. Big business ideas were thrown out, and the people who build the cars have ownership for the whole product and company, not just the part they work on. I WILL own a Saturn, and probably more than one! If I were physically able, I would be a Saturn Salesperson.
