Comforting - and fun!
I love my little Bialetti, and won't let my husband buy me a big expensive espresso machine. That might be "shinier", but this is comforting - and fun!

Triumph of the Little Man
Bialetti espresso makers are the aluminum ones that sit on top of the stove. They have the familiar rademarked "little man" (l'uomino) on them. I bought one when I lived in Italy 30 years ago, and have been using one every morning since then. I have sometimes purchased different stovetop espresso makers, but always come back to the "little man".
