My biggest dream
One word: Amazing! That's all I can say to describe New York City. Since I was a child, I really wanted to come, stay, and live in this city. I know it seems almost impossible for the person who comes from a small city in Indonesia to move and start a new life there, but I do believe that nothing is impossible if we just believe it. I can imagine how my life will become so different and colorful if I can move there. I read in magazines, watch in movies and listen to every story about how fantastic New York City is. The people are very fashionable, the night life, the crowds, and all the incredible things in New York. Very dynamic and always up to date. Super cool.

Love, I truly do
I visited New York City in 2007, which was Plan B of my high school grad trip (my parents decided Australia was just not going to happen, and we should visit the city that never sleeps - New York City). So, here I was expecting Australia when my parents dropped the news on me. I was devastated. Little did I know that I would fall in love with NYC and would return every year, with plans to eventually move down. The multiculturalism, the energy and the vibrancy of the city is like no other. The shopping, the coffee shops, the lights, the non-stop aspect to life...I truly do <3 NYC.

Fantastic
My favourite city in the world. It's the city which never sleeps and it is true. I love Brooklyn, Soho, Central Park, and LES. Hotels are unique in town and you can find whatever you want. Fantastic.

A constant in my life
Living in New York, I have always made trips to the city with friends and family. I associate it with these good times. It is always a different experience when I make a trip to NYC and I always look forward to taking in the lights, the buildings, the smells, and the array of people. The Big Apple has been a constant in my life and it is always there for me to visit no matter how old I am or where I am at in my life.

No place on Earth like NYC
I lived in NY during the late 70’s and early 80’s and there is no place on Earth like NYC. Be it the pace, the smell, the vibrancy once you get bitten by NY you want to be bitten by it again and again!!!. Every time I visit it I feel I know it like back of my hand. Like the song says New York, New York.

Big and sexy and gorgeous
I knew the minute I stepped out of the airport shuttle and onto the street in Greenwich Village: I LOVE NEW YORK. I love to travel, and (sadly) everywhere else is a bit of a disappointment to me now. Everything about New York is big and sexy and gorgeous. I’m ashamed to say that aside from brief trips to the Bronx (for the zoo) and Brooklyn (for BAM), I have very rarely left Manhattan. Of course, you don’t really need to - with unlimited shopping, eating, drinking, and carousing choices, it provides fun and excitement and the buzz of the big city all by itself, visit after visit after visit.

The coolest folks on the planet
NYC has a pulse. It may be the largest city in the US but it’s really a mosaic made up of small towns and the coolest folks on the planet (and the best looking women). It’s a city you either love or hate. It will not leave you indifferent. I heart NYC!

'I heart New York,' it is the icon everyone sees emblazoned. There are so many reasons why we love New York City.
