Church for garb loving heathens...

My husband and I recently drove from Melbourne to Canberra to visit the VW exhibition at the National Gallery. When we walked into the main room I was immediately gripped by the feeling that I was witnessing beauty and craftswomanship that was not mortal. My chest and throat tightened, and so great was the emotion, I had to hold back tears. I spent most of my time in that room hoping no-one would talk to me because having to express myself in words would have felt clumsy and inappropriate. It was like church for garb loving heathens.

Vivienne Westwood, because apart from her marvellous sexy designs she created my favourite perfume - Libertine. It gives me confidence, strength, makes me feel exceptional, reminds me of the city I adore - of London!
