What a great product!
What a great product! This is the best milk I have evar had and as a professional barista, I have tried a LOT of milk. Whether steamed up hot as a cappuccino, or chilled down to be taken with a meal, this is great stuff. No growth hormones or any of that business, just good milk that tastes like milk.

Purely emotional
I buy this milk for reasons that are purely emotional. I fell in love with the story: the dairy farm was on the verge of bankruptcy if they continued selling their milk to large corporations. The owner of the dairy farm was left with two options; move to downtown Kansas City and get a desk job, or start his own milk processing and bottling company. He decided to take a risk and start the bottling company. The folks at Shatto will give you a full tour, you'll watch the cows being milked, see the bottle-cleaning machines, get to peek into the huge vats of milk and see how the milk is pasteurized! I feel good that I'm not throwing away the plastic cartons anymore and I'm helping that family earn a decent living!
