A guilty pleasure
Okay, what lousy casting of B movie actors that couldn't get cast in a TV soap opera but this is a guilty pleasure that I had to include. I do love it! I love the special effects and the bizarre alien creatures and the silly backstory. Paul Verhoeven does it again. I have to watch this every time it's on TV and have discovered a terrific animated series under the same name.
