The world of the past, the present and the future.
The only clear memory left of what TV I experienced in my youth. It left a clear and distinct mark. No question about it. The coolest pair there ever was. The mod and simply unflappable Dr./Mrs Emma Peel. The smart and compliant John Steed. The world of the past, the present and the future all jubilantly conspiring to make a unique television experience. To this very day, I haven't lost my simple admiration for the plots of each tongue-in-cheek episode. Makes one understand what television is all about.

She's the original
Such a cool, influential show. I love Mrs. Peel, from her cool outfits to her casual attitude/calm in the face of danger. And Steed, how cute is he! It's hilarious to watch now, the silly props and plots. I just love that Mrs. Peel was kicking ass years before any other action heroines swung into action in film or tv. She's the original!
