Gold’s Gym began its life in 1965, in Venice, California where it became known as "The Mecca of Bodybuilding". Today, it is a global chain with more than 600 facilities.

Gold's Gym isn't about working out. It's about being around people who inspire you to push yourself a little further. It's sweat, it's steel, the music, the machines, all coming together to kick-start my drive. The hour I spend there every other day are among the best hours of my week.
