You don't really know that it's there
What's really cool about the place is that it simulates a war bunker and you don't really know that it's there except for a few bouncers standing outside - Khoury's take on the 'collective amnesia' vis a vis the wars in Lebanon. Was personally more entranced by anohter Khoury creation - Yabani on Achrafieh.

A remarkable place
The exceptional type of music and the special architecture of BO18 (a metallic roof that opens remotely, and the tables surrounding tombs that worship the greatest musical artist from all over the world with candles on the top of each tomb) doesn’t exist at any other place in town (or in the Middle East). It makes BO18 a remarkable place for nightclubbing in Lebanon. BO18 exists more than 13 years and it’s still the place for any after-hours party in the country. Talking about the location, the club was built after the Lebanese war and it was the gathering place of the Lebanese people who like to hear good music from different social class and religion.
