Already knows what I want
I was turned on to Espresso del Amatra by a work mate. It is now an addiction, at least 3 times per week, mostly every morning. It's to the point were I don't even have to order, Aaron already knows what I want. The Chia Tea Latte is excellent (best in town) and the service is great. I would never buy coffee anywere else. You have my loyalties.

Knows which days I need a full dose...
I couldn't make it through the week without coffee from Aaron. Not only does he make a great latte, but he knows which days I need a full dose of caffeine. He seems to truly care about his customers, getting to know their names and their preferences. He and Crystal seem to be genuinely nice people, and it's a pleasure doing business with them.

Each and every time
Aaron and Crystal not only prepare your coffee to perfection, but each cup is a work of art. I have never met anyone who enjoys their work more or strives to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved each and every time. Everyone that I have brought into the fold of Espresso dell'Anatra has walked away with a new obsession for Aaron's Espresso. He expresses his joy for coffee in every cup and I look forward to his new works of art as he forever pushes the coffee envelope.

It makes you love it so much
This is my first time on this website and first exposure to Lovemarks. I am still not familiar with the term though it sounds very good. What's so great about the whole thing is that it makes you love it so much. I would love to visit Aaron one day. Cheers, Jude.

Coffee for your own protection
We don't know how we would get through our shifts without Aaron and Crystal. It's true we do drink coffee for 'your protection'. They always know when we need that extra shot or Aaron's famous "Quit Your B**chin" drink.

Inviting
Espresso dell'Anatra is the best coffee shop North of the River! I am a previous Starbucks fan. I guarantee if you make the trip to see Aaron and Crystal, you won't be sorry. They want to please their customers and will go out of the way to make sure that you are happy with their product. The atmosphere is inviting.

Exceptional
Espresso dell'Anatra serves exceptional coffee. The owners know and care about their products and are genuinely concerned with their costumers' satisfaction. The service provided goes above and beyond. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. The shop is clean, and the bathrooms are kept sanitary. The walls are often decorated by a local artist's works, which I find interesting to look at. If you know very little about coffee the owners are happy to inform you and will try to find something that suits your tastes. The products are priced very fairly. Espresso dell'Anatra serves a good product by knowledgeable people in a comfortable atmosphere for a fair price.
