Chick-fil-A never fails to deliver
How can a restaurant chain be the epitome of the fast food empire? Take lessons from Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A has delicious, healthy food combined with extreme Southern hospitality and customer service that rivals fine restaurants. Chick-fil-A never fails to deliver a yummy chicken sandwich! Where else can you come to expect superior service whichever Chick-fil-A you go to? I have just moved to Chicago and am really missing my favorite fast food go-to! I miss being near the delicious chicken sandwiches and waffle fries! I miss the manager walking around to all the tables and asking if we need re-fills or some more fries! I miss seeing the loveable cows asking us to "Eat Mor Chikin!" I miss the friendly cleaning attendants taking our trays when we finish our tasty meals! It is pleasant to see that Chick-fil-A gives their employees off on Sundays and it shows in their superior service. In essence, Chick-fil-A is the perfect fast food brand and should open up in Chicago ASAP!

What customer service!
I have recently discovered what a great company this is. It was raining the other day in Tallahassee, FL and I saw an employee come out of the store with an umbrella and offer to walk a customer inside. What customer service! Very impressive.

A beacon that stands out
A beacon that stands out in the vast wasteland of fast food joints on the US's interstate highway system! We Northern "Yankees" have only been introduced to the excellent service and good food. And I will go out of my way for the diet lemonade, which is made with lemon juice... imagine chicken sandwiches made with pieces of chicken and lemonade made with lemons! And as a frequent traveler to Houston, TX, I get a belly laugh from their billboards featuring cows pointing out that chicken sandwich is a cows best friend. Good food and humor too.

I love you even more
Wow, great customer service has become so hard find that when you encounter it, it really makes you step back and take notice. This morning, in my heated rush to get out of the house, I forgot my wallet. It must have fallen out of my pocket when I was putting on my jeans. I guess I should do a last second check to make sure I have everything, but in this crazy world, it is good to keep obsessive-compulsive behavior to a minimum. I dropped the kiddos off at school and headed to Chick-fil-A for one of my favorite morning treats, a chicken biscuit. For those of you who have never experienced a chicken biscuit and are somewhat repulsed by the idea of eating chicken for breakfast, I have only one thing to say to you...don't knock it until you've tried, they are fabulous. I went through the drive through and placed my order. When I arrived at the pick-up window, I realized that my wallet wasn't in my back pocket. Oh well, maybe next time. I told the guy at the window (who happened to be the manager on duty) that I didn't have my wallet and asked to cancel my order. He said, "Don't worry, this one is on us." What?!? Are you kidding me. I'm the idiot who forgot his money, and they say, "Don't worry about it" That is unbelievable! Great job Chick-fil-A. I love you even more than I did before. I have a ton of choices as to where I get my breakfast, none of which I feel any real affinity towards other than maybe they are the closest or whatever. Now I will drive out of my way to not only go to Chick-fil-A, but to go to that Chick-fil-A. In a market of virtually limitless choice, the only differentiation is true customer service. Why can't anyone figure that out? Brands have to transcend being irreplaceable to being irresistible, Chick-fil-A just did that. I love Chick-fil-A!

There isn't a better chicken sandwich around
Chicken on a bun with a single pickle! What’s the BIG DEAL! Well it is the most amazing combination on earth. I would eat it everyday if I had all the money in the world to spend on it. I don’t know if it’s the cows, the fact that are closed on Sunday or what. Chick-Fil-A just hooks you, and like they say, you never forget your 1st. I love when we get coupons for free sandwiches. There isn’t a better chicken sandwich around.

Utterly delicious chicken biscuits
Chick-fil-a is the most amazing fast food institution everrrrrrrr. I live in Manhattan now for school, and I miss it dearly. You can get it in limited form at one NYU dining hall but they don't serve breakfast there, and I really miss those perfectly spiced, tender, savory, buttery, utterly delicious chicken biscuits. I'm thinking about making the hour-long trip to the closest real Chick-fil-a in NJ to get a chicken biscuit one morning.

I never feel guilty when I go to Chick-Fil-A
Because of work, I have to eat fast food a lot. I know how unhealthy that can be, but I never feel guilty when I go to Chick-Fil-A. I mean, it's chicken! My favorites are the Chick-Fil-A sandwich, the Chick-n-Strips and the Chick-n-Strips salad.

A small piece of heaven
Love love love the chicken! I'm from a small town in South Carolina and we pretty much live on sweet tea, biscuits, and chicken. Whenever my friends visit from up north I always take them to Chick-Fil-A and they are speechless. I think it is the greatest place to eat ever! I go atleast 4 times a week. It's a small piece of heaven if you ask me.

Somebody help a sister out !
I've just returned home from a vacation in Conway S.C. My sister who retired to live in Conway took me to breakfast one morning, she suggested Chicken biscuits. Being from New York I had never heard of them, but after my first experience I had to have them for breakfast every morning. I am now back in New York and I don't know where to find them. Pleeeeaaase, somebody help a sister out tell me where I can find them !

Same quality everywhere
Two things make Chick-fil-A such a great brand: Consistency and Wholesomeness. First, it's the same quality everywhere, every time -- I can't remember a bad meal at Chick-fil-A. Second, it's wholesome -- I mean, they give away cool-looking toothbrushes as a Kid's Meal premium. And they care about nutrition, too. Hope they can keep it up!
