A generation grew up wanting gull wing doors

It was the car that icon-ised the eighties so much that an entire generation grew up wanting gull wing doors and a car made of stainless steel. Few people at the time realised this was actually a production car nor were they aware of the controversy surrounding Mr. DeLorean himself. So much so he was infamous among car manufacturers, and yet this icon is set to return as DeLorean prepares to launch a new vehicle. Apart from perhaps the 'General Lee' & 'KIT' doubt there is a more defining car. Michael J. Fox and the number plate 'OUTATIME' define the DeLorean as the quintessential 80's car and its position as my Lovemark.
