  • An egalitarian airline

Example of an egalitarian airline! Breath of fresh air in a sea of companies designed to feed the masses, rip you off, and that are still standing. Love this company and its staff. From a poor college kid to you at Jetblue, continue to stay affordable and thank you.

  • I love to fly JetBlue

All I can say about JetBlue is they are all about the love. They remind you that getting there is half the fun and that people out there really like their jobs. They inspire. They are given the freedom to be themselves. They make you feel safe simply because they have pride and passion for what they do, from the baggage handler to the pilot. Each employee is personally invested in your experience. As a marketing strategist, I love to fly JetBlue because it is a brand in action, a brand in development, and they achieve it by communicating their platform through every detail. As a traveler, I love to fly JetBlue because they put the love in each and every time and it shows.

  • The amazing experience I had on that one flight

I flew JetBlue only once because while they do arrive at my hometown airport, they normally don't go where I need to. Because of the amazing experience I had on that ONE flight, I continue to recommend them to others and check their website to see where they will fly to next.

  • All the way

This airline has made flying a fun experience again. Complete with friendly Counter Service all the way through to the Blue Potato Chips and Television. The price and service to major markets make it my first choice especially now with the new addition of Laguardia Airport in New York City coming in November 2004.

  • All with a smile

LOVE JET BLUE! Young vibrant employees make the burden of travel fun and entertaining. TVs for all - comfy seats - on time flights - and all served up with a smile. What could be better when I'm away from my loved ones?

  • Checking to see if they've expanded into my world

I've never even flown JetBlue - they don't serve cities I travel through - and for five years now I've checked their web site regularly to see if they've expanded into my world because I had such a good experience with their wonderful employees one time when I was stranded at the Buffalo airport.

  • Provides people with what they want and need

Very simply a business service that provides people with what they want and need. A very straight forward concept that is profitable. Some others forget, in the heat of battle, why they are there.

  • They understand the burden

JetBlue is so good that they scared all the other airlines. Wonder why there's now "Song" and "Ted". The most wonderful part about it all (besides the comfort and service) is that the fares and deals are all right there at jetblue.com. No more sneaky deals, ever. JetBlue makes you feel like they understand the burden of travel.

  • Air travel reinvented

If this isn't a Lovemark, then nothing is. If you haven't heard about it, it's only because you've had your head in the sand for the past 3 years. If you haven't experienced it yet, do not walk, but RUN to your nearest JetBlue city and have you're own JetBlue Experience. This company has reinvented air travel. An airline isn't supposed to be something that you love, let alone have a "favorite" of. But everyone I meet who has flown JetBlue will attest that it's an amazing company from the top on down.
