Imagine a company in Iowa, that approaches life and business as if they’re intertwined in a wholistic way, and competing in the telecom market, successfully! That's us. It's been a life-long dream to work at a company that has such a strong commitment to providing a healthy, profitable, supportive environment for the staff, the vendors, and most importantly the customers! In return Our customers constantly share appreciation for our company in emails and phone calls. They even attach their photos. "Go home. Be with family". That's the tough management directives I have to give. "Take care of your health. DON'T stay late. Give more to the customer. Do whatever it takes to make them happy". Often we remind our staff to take their week-long sabbaticals quarterly to refresh, and rejuvenate . A company-paid benefit.
